Hello! This is my origami website where I have a blog, a photo gallery of the models I've folded, a forum and various tutorials on making specific origami models but also other tutorials . I call this site Geirogami because my name is Geir Olav and because it's about origami.

I updated many of the pictures in my gallery with new and better pictures taken with a better camera. I also added a new model to the gallery, and I made a new gallery with my favorite folds. Now I have finished my tutorial on how to make foil-backed paper. Check it out here. Lastly, I made a new header.

I tried making foil-backed paper for my first time. Even though I didn't have proper glue, it worked pretty well. I bought a sprayglue so that I can make better paper and I will make a tutorial on how to make your own homemade foil-backed paper very soon.

The book I ordered: "Origami Zoo - An amazing collection of folded paper animals" arrived yesterday on my birthday!Here you can see a picture of the book. I added 5 new models to my gallery, and I changed the style of this website with a new header.

I added a hit counter and a forum . Please register in the forum! I will make a logo for the forum soon. Today I also added a video on how to fold an origami walrus, and I created a new type of dragon which I will upload to the gallery very soon.

I created this website! I hope you will enjoy my website and my videos. I worked very much on the website today and I added most of my models to the gallery. I have 3-4 more videos ready, but I will add them later.
4 days ago I ordered a book from amazon. It's by Robert J. Lang and Stephen Weiss, and shows how to create around 40 animals! I really look forward to getting the book, which is most likely around 2 weeks away.
When I get the book I will make many new videos on how to make animals from the book, and in the meantime I will make more tutorials about other models. You can also see the models I fold from the book after I get it in the gallery.
